Widows was an British television serial aired in 1983, created by Euston Films for Thames Television and aired on the ITV network. The six-part series abounds was published by crime writer Lynda La Plante. The executive producer was Verity Lambert. The music which was heard at periods during series inch and at the final credits of Widows two, is"What's Life tome minus Thee" from the opera L'Orfeo, sung here by Kathleen Ferrier.
