The King's Avatar

The esports team that plays the hit multiplayer game "Glory" and is dominant in the Chinese leagues is captained by Ye Xiu, who is the star player. His gaming days, on the other hand, look to have come to an abrupt end when he is thrown out of his squad because they are eager to accept a lucrative sponsorship deal that he is adamantly opposed to. Ye Xiu, feeling down, finds work at a late-night Internet cafe and, over time, develops a friendship with Chen Guo, the proprietor of the establishment where she works. In the end, Chen Guo discloses her strategy, which is to establish a brand-new "Glory" team with Ye Xui serving as the leader. When will Ye Xiu get back to his "Glory" days?
