Dawn is ready to finish her senior year of senior high school when her neglectful, party-loving mom is unfortunately eliminated, requiring Dawn to go to live with her aunt Jamie that co-pastors a church with her other half, Willem. Unfortunately, not long into her remain things go extremely wrong, and also Dawn flees. When Dawn's Aunt Jamie understands her home was not the safe-haven she thought it was, she starts a daring search for Dawn. Dawn, having no foreknowledge of the streets, is very easy victim for a two-bit road hustler, falling for his well-rehearsed flattery.
