Steven Ray was never ordinary. But when tragedy strikes in the form of a mortal hitandrun incident at a metropolis cross walk, his abusive and bizarre behavior gets uncontrollable. 1 night, as Steven plots his murder, he matches Percival, whose attempt suicide not just disrupts Stevens plans, but the opportunity encounter introduces the 2 into each others lives. Percival considers hes finishes fate attracted he and Steven and cursed after surviving each passing effort. So he hires Steven to assist him. Steven does not rely on fate and thinks Percival is desperate and delusional. But he accepts the offer. Simple money. After Percival continues to survive each effort on his life,'' Steven starts to believe. He tries to help Percival figure out ways to break the curse. And they form an unlikely friendship through the common bond of catastrophe.
